Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl (Vegan or Plegan)
Pumpkin Pie flavor is an absolute must for me during the fall. God made such an awesome combo when he threw together Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg and Clove!
My Mom has this masterful combo of those spices for her pumpkin pie I crave every year.
Now that smoothies are a big part of our eating lifestyle, the places you can go in flavor are endless. You really can’t screw up putting any combo of fruits together. They also make eating our veggies SO much more enjoyable when you can bury some of those in too!
I finally landed on the perfect combo of the Pumpkin Pie smoothie bowl! Yay God!

PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE BOWL
(Makes approx 24 ozs)
INGREDIENTS:
(Load your blender in this order)
⅓ c of unsweetened coconut milk, coconut water or filtered water. The coconut milk gives it the rich creamy latte taste!
1 frozen banana
½ banana (slice the other half for the top)
½ c frozen butternut squash or pumpkin purée
½ pear (slice the other half for the top)
2 dates (chop both and save 1 for the top)
Spices (choose one option):
OPTION 1
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
OPTION 2
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp clove
OPTION 3
1 tsp cinnamon
SIDE BAR: I have seen some recipes out there where people add ½ c of frozen riced cauliflower and/or fresh spinach too. Both of these veggies don't have a real strong taste and are easy to sneak in!
Blend it all up for about 20 to 25 seconds on high. Serve up with your favorite fruit and granola toppings. I add chickpea granola most times! It’s SO good!
PS: If you don’t want to make this delicious treat at home, in our area, Clean Juice has it on their fall menu! Go get ya some!!!
